2 hour workout
Total of 50 minutes on the treadmill with varying intensity (but always running/jogging, not walking) and upper body exercises……Maybe that will make up for my sweet tooth binge tonight :/ although I kind of really hate myself for it……

i sent my Tae Kwon Do coach a facebook message asking about what i should expect at nationals as a green belt and she said i shouldn’t worry about sparring because she thinks I WILL ANNIHILATE THEM IN THE RING.
also, nationals are in BOSTON at MIT
